The Junior Chamber…
are active throughout Germany with a federal structure. The federal association is led by the federal chairman and his federal board – this is made up of the executive board and the regional chairmen.
There are 11 regional chairpersons…
from Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin-Brandenburg, Hanseatic Region (for Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Schleswig Holstein), Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia.
The junior circles are…
independent associations which, as members of the national federation, exercise their voting rights in the national delegates’ assembly. They are also actors in the respective regional association in their region and appoint the regional chairpersons.
We are more than 10,000 entrepreneurs and managers up to the age of 40. We are globally networked and, as the largest network of young business in Germany, we have a local presence with around 215 member circles.
We in figures, that means about 300,000 jobs, 35,000 apprenticeships and more than 120 billion euros turnover. We are successful in all sectors and areas, from services to industry and trade.
We want to further develop Germany as a business location, secure growth and competitiveness and enrich social discourse.
We rely on traditions and simple, proven virtues such as integrity, a sense of responsibility and honesty.
